If your New Year’s resolution is to get in shape, Houchin Community Blood Bank is giving away a Peloton plus other associated items to one lucky blood donor this month. 

If you donate any blood product to Houchin during the January, you will be entered to win a Peloton exercise bike as well as shoe clips, weights, and headphones. Marketing Manager with Houchin Rachel Parlier says this was possible through a donation from Kern Family Health Care who they partner with annually.

Parlier says the nationwide blood shortage continues and hospitals are feeling the impacts. She adds in particular, O-type bloods are needed.

The winner of the Peloton will be drawn the first week of February. All successful donors will also receive a Rusty’s Pizza Parlor coupon while supplies last.
