Bakersfield Man Arrested with Large Quantities of Meth

The Kern County Probation Department has arrested a man following a probation search Saturday in Bakersfield.

On Saturday, June 4, 2022, officers assigned to the Kern County Probation Department’s Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) Unit conducted a home call in the 1200 block of F Street in Bakersfield. While at the residence, officers contacted 49-year-old Luis Estrada, who was on active PRCS. During a search, officers located over a pound and a half of methamphetamine, approximately three ounces of fentanyl, a large amount of US currency and other drugs sales indicia.

Estrada was arrested for a violation of PRCS, along with drug possession and sales related charges
