They are looking for a man named Jovannie Ayon. He is 31 years old, described as Hispanic, 5-foot-9, 140 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous and shouldn’t be approached. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Bakersfield police.
