The Bakersfield Fire Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying who they are calling ‘a person of interest’ for a fire at the Home Depot on Gosford Road on February 18. The man is described as white, in his early to mid twenties, with short black hair. He was last seen wearing dark colored pants, a plaid long-sleeved shirt, and black shoes, riding a scooter.
