OFFICIAL RULES
“KUZZ $1,000 Question Give-Away”
March 31 through May 9, 2025
1. The following Cash Prize will be awarded:
$1000 will be awarded when a contestant correctly guesses all the answers on the survey board without making an incorrect guess in the process.
2. Participants may qualify for to win the “KUZZ $1,000 Question Give-Away” one way:
(A) Listen to KUZZ AM/FM each weekday in the 7:30AM, 9:30PM, 12:30PM, 2:30PM & 5P:30M hours and be the designated caller. The caller will have the chance to guess the most popular answers in a survey. The number of top answers will vary by survey. When a contestant can name all answers without submitting an incorrect guess, they will be awarded the cash prize. Contestants will play on the same survey until all the answers have been cleared.
3. All contestants must be California residents at least 18 years old with a valid California drivers license.
4. Employees of Buck Owens Production Company, Inc. / KUZZ AM/FM / KCWR AM / KRJK FM and their families are not eligible to win the Grand Prize or prizes in this contest.
5. The Prize winner must meet all eligibility requirements and provide contest sponsors with proper identification when picking up the prize and sign all release forms related to the prize.
6. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
7. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of entry forms submitted during this promotion.
8. Prizes are non-transferrable.
9. By entering the giveaway, the winner of the prize consents without limitations and without additional compensation, to the use of his or her name, voice, photograph and/or likeness on advertising, promotional materials, and other related purposes. Prior to delivery of the prize, an affidavit attesting to his or her eligibility, and consent of the use of his or her name, voice, and likeness must be signed.
10. This offer of participation is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations shall apply to this giveaway.
11. Decision regarding the winner and all contest details are final.
