BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — An instructor with the Tehachapi Unified School District has been arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching at least two underage victims on a school campus.

Physical Education teacher Timothy Seaman, 43, was apprehended in Porterville on Tuesday after a parent contacted police. A second victim was also allegedly inappropriately touched at the school.

A search warrant at Seaman’s Tehachapi residence reportedly turned up several cell phones and devices which allegedly contained child pornography.

Seaman faces charges of sexual battery on a minor and possession of child porn.

Police say there are possibly more victims in the case.
