BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — There’s new information in the case of a Bakersfield National Guard recruiter accused of child sex crimes.
A probable cause declaration released Monday says Jacob Robles, 24, allegedly exchanged nude photos with a 17-year-old girl, then hooked up with her twice for sex.
Robles has entered a not guilty plea to charges including sex with a minor and possessing child pornography.
Prosecutors say Robles was caught when they told the girl to call him and say she thought she was pregnant. Robles allegedly asked her if she wanted to take a pregnancy test.
He returns to court March 4.
