BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — A 31-year-old Bakersfield man faces numerous life sentences after being convicted of sexually abusing an underage girl over the course of several years.
Carlos Robles was convicted February 24, 2026, on a slew of sex charges after abusing the child from the time she was seven years old.
The victim reported the crimes in June 2021 and said Robles threatened to kill her if she reported the abuse.
Robles will be sentenced March 25.
