Kern County deputies have arrested a man accused of stabbing three people in Wasco New Year’s Day. The sheriff’s office says two victims were found in front of a home on Dogwood Court, the other was taken to the hospital by private means. 25-year-old Oscar Leon was arrested Monday and booked for assault with a deadly weapon.
