It will move forward. A judge says a defamation lawsuit filed by Monsignor Craig Harrison against activist Stephen Brady and the group Roman Catholic Faithful can go ahead. It was back in May Brady alleged Harrison engaged in inappropriate conduct. Harrison in turn sued Brady, who made his remarks at a press conference in Bakersfield back in May. The judge says Harrison is not a public figure. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for February.
