ST – Bakersfield police have arrested a man accused of robbing people in a gas station parking lot. Officers recovered two handguns after they arrested 33-year-old Jose Mendoza of Morgan Hill just after 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Chevron on Panama Lane and Colony Street. A second suspect is still at large.
