A man accused of striking another person in the head with a skateboard is jailed for assault with a deadly weapon after a foot chase in Ford City.

The Taft Midway Driller reports sheriff’s deputies had to use a Taser to arrest Eriq Cash in the backyard of a home south of Hawthorne and Fillmore streets Thursday afternoon.
