A woman is recovering from burns and smoke inhalation after after trying to rescue her dogs from a burning double-wide mobile home in Johannesburg.

County fire says it was called to the home behind the Johannesburg Community Center just after 2 p.m. Thursday.

The home was a total loss. A nearby shed also suffered damage.
