Police in Bakersfield are looking for a man who stole an operating surveillance camera from a pharmacy.
It happened just after 2 a.m. on New Year’s Eve near Stine Road and Panama Lane on the city’s southwest side.
The man is described as a Hispanic man wearing a cap with the Superman logo. Police say he arrived at the scene on a bicycle.
