A man is jailed for theft after sheriff’s deputies say he stole a piece of farm equipment under GPS surveillance.

45-year-old Ismael Gutierrez was arrested Tuesday after the equipment was found in the bed of his truck during a traffic stop at Root Avenue and Highway 46 in Wasco.
