The California Department of Public Health is urging the state to launch a campaign aimed at reducing electronic cigarette use.

They say the devices are hooking kids to nicotine, and have led to spiking poison control calls and emergency room trips.

A bill has also been introduced that would restrict e-cigarettes in the same places where smoking is banned.
