A man accused of stabbing an 18-year-old to death in Bakersfield has been convicted of second-degree murder.
A jury Tuesday found Eddie Rivas guilty of killing of Mia Ramirez, who was discovered wrapped in electrical cords, rope and wire in a garage near Oswell and Niles streets in 2013.
Rivas will be sentenced in March. He faces up to life in prison.
