Representatives with Gregory Bynum & Associates are applauding the approval by trustees of a new office park on the Cal State-Bakersfield campus.
John Brock is with the company and says they’ve been discussing plans for the 61,000 sq. ft., $10.4 million facility with the school for about 10 years.
“It’ll provide some income, certainly, to support their mission, and hopefully some collaboration with office tenants,” he said.
The firm is leasing the land from the university. They’re hoping to open office the office park next year.
