The man who was found with gunshot wounds at Padre Street and Cottonwood Road in southeast Bakersfield has been identified by the Kern County Coroner’s Office as 20-year-old Rudy Flores III.

Flores was found unresponsive at the street corner last Thursday night and died over the weekend.
