Police are asking for help finding a pair of men they believe were involved in a shooting that wounded a man on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in east Bakersfield.
They say it happened before 6:30 p.m. south of De Wolfe Street.
Police describe the men as African-Americans in their 20s that were wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident. Both men left the scene in older-model pickups, according to a press release.
The victim was hospitalized with minor-to-moderate wounds.
