Human service workers and healthcare providers will be at the East Hills Mall in Bakersfield, helping people understand their options through Covered California prior to the enrollment deadline on Feb. 15.

The event at 10 a.m. Saturday. The uninsured can expect a $325 per person tax penalty this year.
