Bakersfield police are looking for a high-risk sex offender who violated the terms of his parole.

They say they’re trying to locate 33-year-old Harold Marchelly, who had been convicted previously for conducting lewd acts with a minor.

He is described as a 5-foot-5, 145-pound man with brown hair and brown eyes. Those with more information are being urged to call BPD at (661) 327-7111.
