Kern County Animal Services will be reducing its adoption fees at its Bakersfield, Mojave and Lake Isabella shelters over the Valentine’s Day weekend.

The agency will be adopting dogs for only $20 during its second-annual “Weekend of Love” event. Cats can be adopted for $10.
