Senator Jean Fuller of Bakersfield has has sent a letter to the State Water Resources Control Board, asking that they reconsider a decision to not allow temporary increased pumping into Kern County and the rest of the San Joaquin Valley.

Fuller says she’s requesting that the agency provide relief for drought-parched communities through March.
