The 16-year-old Centennial High School student struck on Clay Patrick Farr Way in northwest Bakersfield has died.

The Kern County Coroner’s Office says Ashley Ross was pronounced dead at Kern Medical Center at 9:20 a.m. Thursday. She was transported to Kern Medical Center in critical condition on Feb. 4.
