Kaiser Permanente will open a state-of-the-art outpatient and medical office building in Tehachapi this fall.

They say the facility on Tehachapi Boulevard will have four exam rooms with telemedicine technology. Kaiser’s mobile health vehicle has made frequent visits to the city since 2012.
