The preliminary hearing for a man accused of having sex with a 13-year-old has been delayed.

The Taft Midway Driller reports the court appearance for 18-year-old Orlando Saenz has been rescheduled for March 18. He’s free on bail after being arrested Feb. 12 by deputies with the Taft substation.
