The owner of a dispensary is jailed after over 500 marijuana plants and five pounds of processed pot were found at his east Bakersfield store.

31-year-old Richard Duran and four others were arrested after Tuesday’s police raid at Bear Mountain Collective. 12 pounds of pot were also found at a Midas Street home linked to the investigation.
