Stocks rebounded Thursday as disappointing retail sales calmed fears of a possible Federal Reserve interest rate hike.

The Dow gained 259 points, the Nasdaq was up 43 and the S&P 500 added 26. Crude fell over two percent, finishing at $47.05.
