The Kern County Grand Jury says California City should consider closing one of its city-owned golf courses.

They say the city’s population and water infrastructure can’t support both facilities.

The jury is also urging that the city modify its waste-water facility to better-accommodate the increasing head-count at the California City Correctional Center.
