A man accused of threatening to kill a person and leading a high-speed chase through Huntington Beach has been found in Taft hiding in the closet of his ex-wife’s house.
The car of 43-year-old James Lucas was spotted early Friday morning near East San Emidio and Garratt streets. Lucas was found in the house nearby
