Three people have admitted to taking part in a $5.6 million mortgage fraud scheme.

35-year-old Eliseo Jara Jr., 33-year-old Sergio Jara and 34-year-old Melissa Jara falsified loan applications to fund residential property purchases in Bakersfield. All three face up to 30 years in prison.
