The Taft City Council is reviewing plans for a $1 million Taft Area Transit bus facility on Supply Row and South 4th Street.

The plans for the Taft Transit Center were unveiled during a study session Tuesday night.

It would be funded entirely by the Kern Council of Governments and could be constructed by the end of the year.
