A Bakersfield man has admitted to having sex with a teenager.

Efrain Velasco-Palacios pleaded no contest earlier this week to multiple sex crimes and will be sentenced on April 15.

An altered transcript forced charges in a similar case against Palacios to be dropped back in July 2013.
