A man is denying claims that he brought a knife to Frontier High School in northwest Bakersfield.

23-year-old Joshua Andrews pleaded not guilty to burglary and weapons charges Friday.

He’s accused of bolting from the campus after being spotted by officers Wednesday, forcing a lockdown at both Frontier and nearby Veterans Elementary.
