A man who called in a bomb threat against Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield back in 2009 is going back to prison.

64-year-old Clyde Bivins was given a four-year sentence on Tuesday after pleading no contest to a domestic abuse charge. Bivins spent a year behind bars for threatening the hospital.
