The trial for a man facing second-degree murder charges after a fatal DUI crash at Ming Avenue and New Stine Road in 2013 has been postponed to May 11.

Alex Rubio is accused of colliding with the vehicle of Princess Almonidovar at nearly 130 mph, killing her at the scene.
