Six felony charges have been dropped against a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman found tied up in his garage on Woodford Tehachapi Road.

80-year-old David Partovi was jailed after Sheriff’s deputies searched his home in August 2013. It’s not clear why prosecutors dismissed dropped those charges.
