A 30-year-old has been arrested for stabbing two people west of the Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield.
Police say Mitchell Rocha stabbed a man at Ming Avenue and Read Road just before 1 p.m. Friday, then stabbed a woman east of Stine Road on Oriole Street about 30 minutes later. They say the stabbings were unprovoked.
