Bakersfield police are asking for help finding a man they say pulled a knife on a Target employee after stealing $800 in merchandise from the store at the Valley Plaza Mall.

They say it happened just before 5 p.m. on Jan. 13, and that the man was accompanied by a woman who was later arrested.

They say he’s a 6-foot-2 man between 25 and 30 years old with a medium build, brown hair and pockmarks on his face. He was wearing a black jacket, a white shirt and black pants at the time of the incident.
