Eight witnesses took the stand during the first day of a trial where a Colorado man is accused of filming himself molesting a baby at a Bakersfield motel.

One person will finish their testimony, and two others will testify against Shawn McCormack on Thursday. He was arrested in 2011 after investigators traced the online video to his room at the California Best Inn on Wible Road.
