The Kern County Fire Department says it’s offering food and drink, activities for kids and a tour of their fire house on 7th Street in Wasco during an open house scheduled for Saturday.

It’s slated to start at 10 a.m. Firefighters will also conduct live Hasmat, search and rescue and ladder truck demonstrations.
