Bakersfield College has implemented a program that will give students that are active members of the military and new veterans free campus parking passes.

A donation from Kern Schools Federal Credit Union established the Mike’s Pass program at BC. It’s named after Mike Mihalakis, a Cuesta College student who died in Iraq in 2003.
