The State Water Resources Control Board has postponed plans to publish their draft emergency water conservation regulations.

They were scheduled to come out at 5 p.m. on Friday.

The plan will be released Saturday morning, outlining how cities will comply with Governor Brown’s order to cut water consumption by as much as 35 percent.
