Police are asking for help finding a man and a woman involved in a scheme where a stolen credit card was used to make a $7,000 purchase from the Lowe’s Home Improvement store on Rosedale Highway in Bakersfield.

They say it happened on Jan. 20, with the male using the stolen card to make the purchase.
BPD says the male suspect is 5-foot-10, in his late 30s or early 40s and has a heavy build and balding hair. He had a dark beard, a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black work boots at the time of the incident.
The female suspect, who is wanted for questioning, is in her late 30s with a medium build. She was wearing a black sweatshirt, dark pants, athletic shoes and a dark backpack at the time of the incident.
