An 8th inning grand slam by short stop Brock Hebert pushed the Bakersfield Blaze past the Stockton Ports 5-1.

Three Bakersfield pitchers combined to strike out 11 during the game, with reliever Nick Valenza picking up the win.

Both teams play again Wednesday night in Stockton at 7:10 p.m.
