Sheriff’s detectives say a Bakersfield felon stole two trucks and a $38,000 welder from an oil company.

32-year-old Ryan Yorba was arrested after the first truck was found last week by Bakersfield police. The second truck, ammunition, other stolen equipment and a trailer with a missing VIN were found Saturday.
