Paving will force shutdowns of the westbound Highway 178 off-ramp at Fairfax Road through Friday.

Work is expected from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Motorists in east Bakersfield can also expect increased traffic control and five-minute delays near Morning Drive through the end of the week.
