A 22-year-old South Taft man is behind bars after Kern County Sheriff’s detectives say he had sex with a 14-year-old girl during a seven-month relationship.

Isais Perez-Jacinco was booked into jail on two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. The arrest capped off an investigation that began April 23.
