A man accused of threatening people while holding a shotgun at the Mizpah Trailer Park in Lake Isabella has been arrested after a brief standoff with Kern County Sheriff’s SWAT officers.
64-year-old Donald Coffey was booked into jail after surrendering at around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
